Established in 2007, Lantern Magazine is a poetry periodical specifically catered to promoting writers in the Montreal literary community.

The "Cactus Press Chapbook Series" publishes 6-12 poetry chapbooks a year, primarily from writers living in or around the city of Montreal. If you are interested in submitting to Cactus Press, but do not currently reside in Montreal, you may send a query to cactuspress@gmail.com. There are no theme or style restrictions however, submissions should be no longer than 32 pages in length.
